Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling. Please note that we are not currently registered for VAT.  Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details, stock availability and are ready to despatch your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.


We deliver all products to destinations within the mainland UK and most products to worldwide destinations. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to despatch orders on the day after receiving the order. UK orders are normally delivered within five working days of placing the order.

Please note that we we are unable to offer our enhanced 'next day delivery' service between 10th February and 5th March 2017.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:

Order value under £20 - delivery £3.99 Order value £20.00 to £49.99 - delivery £4.99. Order value over £50.00 - delivery FREE.  Delivery costs to all other destinations will be advised when order is placed. Please select the delivery option for your destination. 


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data is not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.


You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused, in saleable condition in the original packaging at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
