PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling. Please note that we are not currently registered for VAT. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. In the unlikely event that the price of a product has been incorrectly advertised, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If you are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the order. We will not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. The Christmas Shop uses Paypal for online credit and debit card transactions. Paypal is one of the largest and most popular online payment systems in the world. All payment information is transmitted in secure mode and is encrypted using the highest levels of online security encryption available. All debit/credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery

We deliver all products to destinations within the mainland UK and most products to worldwide destinations.

United Kingdom

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to despatch orders by Royal Mail First Class Post on the day after receiving the order. During December 2024, UK orders using our standard delivery will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Post or equivalent. In the case of a delivery delay by Royal Mail please note that no action can be taken until 14 working days from the despatch date. Please ensure that the full address, including postcode of the recipient, is entered when ordering. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details. No change can be made to the delivery address once the order has been despatched.

Worldwide

Items purchased for overseas delivery will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For service or a suitable alternative. Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery. Overseas delivery charges are based on order value and are calculated during the checkout process. Please ensure that the full address, including postcode of the recipient, is entered when ordering. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details. No change can be made to the delivery address once the order has been despatched. Products ordered for delivery outside the UK maybe subject to import duties & taxes. You will be responsible for these. We have no control over such charges and cannot advise you as to what any such charges may be. Your local customs office should be able to assist. You will be considered to be the importer and it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which the products are to be delivered. Cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:

Order value under £20 - delivery £3.99 Order value £20.00 to £49.99 - delivery £4.99. Order value over £50.00 - delivery FREE.

Overseas delivery charges are based on order value and are calculated and advised during the checkout process. Selecting the incorrect delivery option for your destination may cause the cancellation of your order.
