Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item/s
We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered correctly. If any of your items are received are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem. You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to advise us. A refund or a product replacement will be processed as soon as possible once we have been advised of the problem.
If you are a consumer (not a business customer) and your order was not delivered to a business address, you have the right to cancel either all or part of your order and return the products to us. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned. In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR), you must notify us of your intent to return the products within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. From this point all of the products must then be returned back to us within 14 days. The goods must be unused and in a perfect, complete and re-saleable condition (including original product packaging, labels and instruction).
You are responsible for both the cost of the return and the goods themselves whilst in transit until they reach us. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure despatch method which requires a signature upon delivery. Any alternative or replacement items required against a return will not be sent out until we receive the original goods back. The Christmas Shop is not accountable for any item lost whilst they are being returned. You will be responsible for the item/s until they reach us.

Within 14 days of receipt of your return you will be refunded for the amount paid for the goods. Please note no refunds will be given for the delivery cost of returning the unwanted goods to us. All refunds will be credited to the card account used for the original purchase.
Business Customers - If you are returning goods for any other reason than they are faulty, they must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. For a refund the items must be received by us unopened and in a saleable condition. There will be a restocking fee of 10% or £10, whichever is greater, and delivery and return delivery charges will not be refunded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and do not affect any of your statutory rights.
We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for the use you make of the products you order. To the extent not prohibited by law, we accept no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes but is not limited to loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and oter similar losses).
We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence that cannot, under English law, be excluded.
